I operate CableTV-List as an individual, in the basement of my home, using a Charter Business Networks cablemodem. Thanks to Charter and thanks to APC for a UPS to keep things running when the power goes away. Voluntary contributions to offset the cost of the cablemodem and my time to maintain the software and server are welcome.
